Creativity Exercises

I did four things to exercise my mind...
For the right brain I looked at a pictures of something(I'm not sure what it was) which was supposed to make the shape of a man's head. You have to stare at the puzzle and find the man's head. This activity is supposed to make you open pathways in your mind by using your right brain. When you create pathways you create insight. Also, the right brain creates intuitive thought which develops our ability to reason.
For the laft brain I did a sudoku puzzle (well I tried). Using numbers and putting them in sequential orders or places is supposed to help you develop reasoning. Reasoning creates wisdom.
For inspiration I read quotes about life from many famous and not so famous people. These quotes should help me keep my mind is a good place all day. Your mind is simulated and you feel and have the desire to be creative and think in a more creative way.
For my humor I watched a clip of the Colbert Report on Comedy Central. When I watched this I laughed and according to the article "laughing is the best medicine." Laughter releases endorphines and relaxes internal organs. Sometimes I have noticed that. When I laugh really hard it feels really good.

Well done! Don't lose the creativity you gained today, you'll need it for class tomorrow. :-)

4/5 due to typos: "laft brain"; "sequential orders"; "my mind is a good place" (I'm guessing you meant "in a good place" but I'm glad to know that your mind IS a good place).
